further update, compare with Mike Laffin bio in "C.V. Soderstrom" section, i.e. thumbnails compared to thumbnails with full description...

A scan of 200 dpi or a good quality digital photo of picture will also work, I find photocopied pictures are grainy and deteriorate the quality, perhaps a neighbour or friend has a scanner or camera to assist in reproducing the photo.
Cheer's, Alan
Well it has been a very slow couple of weeks, no material to add due to lack of submissions. Therefore I have been moving material over from bombercrew.com website pertaining to my Uncle Clarence and updating same. New layout for this section from bombercrew layout, more photos etc... all located in navigation under "P/O Soderstrom".
I have five photos the Ruurlo & Cemetery section with more to add.
Till next update, Take care, Alan

I'm intrigued by the photo as I'm ex-RAF myself.

This site contains many photos of aircraft, daily life at the airfields, and documents, along with the history of 434 Squadron. More importantly a collection of Aircrew photos, 1374 airmen volunteered for this squadron, tragically 347 made the ultimate sacrifice, their pictures are numerous throughout these pages.
May we never forget them…
If you go to the links page on my site you can also see all the research I completed on my uncle, also a short non-fiction account of his last flight "Night Raid on Happy Valley" which I wrote and was subsequently published in "Airforce" a Canadian military magazine.
