- You can cross post from one blog to another. This is a different audience than your blog though. I recommend you post about your writing in a way that informs the other writers here, but maybe not use a sales pitch which you could easily use on your blog. Although writers do buy each other's books, most prefer learning about you, what you write, what you can share that might help them as writers.
If you have any writing tips/advice, this would be a great place to post it. You could write about volunteering and all the research/training you've done.
And definitely post teasers with links to your blog and website. :-)
